We want to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible, so there is a flat rate of $6 New Zealand wide
If you select the incorrect shipping option for your shipping location, your order will not be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please email us.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and please provide images of the damaged product.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We are a new label and will have limited stock so if you have ordered the wrong size, contact needs to be made within 5 days of receiving the product for us to be able to organise a replacement for you.
If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch via email.
We will be happy to sort a replacement or refund.
However, shipping costs are not able to be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made in the case of damaged product or incorrect size.
